VigiWork · JP Company
Terms of service
Last updated September 21, 2026
These terms govern the use of VigiWork, JP Company’s team supervision software. By creating an account, you accept them.
In short: US$10 per user per month, a 7-day trial from the moment you create your account, no lock-in, and you can cancel or delete your account yourself from your profile, with no further charges.
1. The service
- VigiWork lets a company supervise its team’s workday: presence at the workstation, identity verification, management reports, internal chat and video meetings with minutes.
- It runs in the browser. We do not install software on devices and we do not take control of them.
- We improve the product continuously. If a feature changes materially, we email active accounts.
2. Accounts and users
- You need a company account (or a freelancer account). You are responsible for the accuracy of your details and for keeping your password safe.
- A user is each person with access: the administrator counts as a user, and so does each active employee.
- The administrator adds and removes their team and sets their company’s supervision rules. Each company configures its own times and alerts independently.
3. Price, trial and payments
- The price is US$10 per user per month. Payments from Colombia are charged in pesos, converted at the official exchange rate (TRM) of the day.
- Each user gets a 7-calendar-day trial from the creation of their account, with every feature.
- After the trial, supervision requires an active plan. There is no minimum term and no penalty for leaving.
- Applicable taxes are added where due.
4. Cancellation and deletion
- You can cancel at any time from My profile → Subscription and account. You keep access until the paid period ends and no new charge is generated.
- You can also delete the account entirely. This is irreversible: profile, team records and credentials are erased, leaving only the administrative record of the closure.
- We may suspend an account that breaches these terms or uses the service in a way that harms others, with email notice unless urgency prevents it.
5. Responsible use
- The company hiring the service undertakes to inform its team about supervision, to obtain any authorisations the law requires, and to use VigiWork only during working hours and for a legitimate purpose.
- Using VigiWork to watch people with no employment relationship with the company, to pursue someone for reasons unrelated to work, or for any unlawful purpose is prohibited.
- Breaching this section is the sole responsibility of the company that does so.
6. Availability
- We work to keep the service continuously available, but we do not promise uninterrupted operation: we depend on the internet and on infrastructure providers.
- Planned interruptions are announced in advance where possible.
7. Liability
- VigiWork is a support tool. Employment decisions a company makes based on its reports belong to that company, not to us.
- Except for wilful misconduct or gross negligence, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in the three months before the event.
- We are not liable for loss of profit or indirect damages.
8. Ownership
- The software, the VigiWork brand and all its content belong to JP Company.
- Each company’s data belongs to that company. We only process it to provide the service.
9. Governing law
- These terms are governed by Colombian law. Any dispute will be heard by the courts of Colombia.
